Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TaleemSquare tutoring services and website. By booking a free assessment, enrolling a student, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
TaleemSquare provides online one-to-one math tutoring for K–12 students. Contact: info@taleemsquare.com.
2. Eligibility
Classes are booked by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a student. You confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to enroll the student.
3. The free assessment
The first math assessment is provided at no cost and with no obligation. It is intended to evaluate your child's needs and match them with a tutor. No payment method is required to book it.
4. Plans, billing and payments
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and start from $85/month.
- All amounts are in US dollars and are exclusive of any local taxes that may apply.
- Payment failures may pause future classes until resolved.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing info@taleemsquare.com. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you keep access to any remaining paid classes in that month.
6. Rescheduling & missed classes
- Classes may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 4 hours' notice.
- Classes cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are treated as delivered.
- Tutors may occasionally need to reschedule. When this happens we will notify you and offer a make-up class.
7. 4-Class money-back promise
If you are not satisfied after your first 4 paid classes, we will refund 100% of what you paid for those classes. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Acceptable use
- Use classes only for the enrolled student and only for lawful, educational purposes.
- Do not record, redistribute, or resell classes, worksheets, or other TaleemSquare materials without our written permission. Parents may request personal recordings for their own review.
- Treat tutors with respect. We reserve the right to suspend service for abusive behavior.
9. Intellectual property
All TaleemSquare content — worksheets, lesson plans, brand, and website — is owned by TaleemSquare or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
TaleemSquare tutoring is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to help students improve, but we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaleemSquare's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
