Student details you provide: child's grade level and general learning goals or notes you share with us.
Class information: attendance, homework completion, tutor notes, and progress reports we generate as part of the service.

Class recordings (optional): only when you request a session recording or explicitly consent.

2. How we use your information

To schedule and deliver the free math assessment and ongoing classes.
To send lesson confirmations, progress updates, invoices, and service-related messages via WhatsApp or email.
To match your child with a suitable tutor and personalize their learning plan.

We only collect the minimum information about a child needed to deliver tutoring — first name, grade, and learning notes provided by the parent.
